Founder Story
At the heart of AstraGen lies the unwavering passion, vision, and unwavering dedication of our co-founders, T. V. Bhaskara Rao and T. Indira. Their journey in the field of education is fuelled by a deep, shared desire to bring meaningful change to the lives of children and society at large.
With years of combined experience, both have devoted themselves tirelessly to understanding the real needs of students and schools. Having served as a franchise partner for the Brilliant Group, they gained deep insights into the education sector. However, when the Brilliant Group closed in 2011, they found themselves at a crossroads.
Rather than step back, the couple saw an opportunity to step up. Encouraged by fellow educators who recognised their integrity, compassion, and commitment to quality, they decided to build something of their own— something that would truly put children at the centre of every decision.
This belief became the foundation principle of AstraGen.
