Return Policy

Cancellation Policy

You are free to access the app or stop using it at your own free will. The order placed for booksets can be cancelled only until it is dispatched and before an LR number is generated by the delivery company. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Astragen and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Republic of India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in India for the resolution of any disputes.

Shipping Policy

The Booksets ordered from Astragen will be delivered within India only. The transport agency for delivering the booksets will be selected solely at the discretion of Astragen. All orders are processed within 2 – 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered during Sundays or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Refund Policy

Any refunds in respect to the undelivered books will be processed within a week of return of undelivered Booksets. Once the refund request is processed, we will initiate a credit to your original mode of payment (credit / debit cards, bank transfer etc.). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending on your service providers policies.
